  • ID verification and damage waiver/security deposit required prior to check-in. This property requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (authorization hold; released after checkout).
  • As an alternative to the security hold, a non-refundable damage waiver may be purchased for $49 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $3 per day for longer stays. One of these options is required before check-in.
  • Upon booking, you will receive information and communications about your trip.

Property Access

  • This property has a Ring camera monitoring the front entrance.
  • An additional exterior Ring camera monitors the side of the property, partial back deck, and deck stairs.
  • All cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.

Policies and Rules

  • No corporate, social parties/events allowed.
  • No more than 4 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.

Fees and Payments

  • Security deposit: Credit card authorization hold of $750 or purchase of damage waiver ($49 for up to 10 nights, plus $3 per additional day beyond 10 nights) required prior to check-in.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house. Violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
  • For stays longer than 10 nights, housekeeping is required once per week. Guests may clean themselves or hire the host's cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

  • Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, overnight street parking is also permitted.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
